Refund policy


 

DEAR CUSTOMERS, There are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Products may be returned and refunded if tampered or faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We allow 14 days to notify our team of faulty goods.

If you made a mistake on your order you have to notify us via email at contact@yalin-gallery.com immediately.

If your order has already been processed, it can not be changed. Please make sure your address, contact, and order is correct before proceeding with your final order.

Please be sure to order your correct size as measurement charts are available for each product. If for any reason the product comes damaged, please inquire us by email.

 

NOTE, that we till not pay for shipping regarding returns! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
